Access our platform

To start using the Chargeback integration to Slack, you need to log in or create an account on the Chargeback platform. Important: integration features are available only for registered users.

Go to integrations

After passing the onboarding, go to the Integrations page and click Connect.

Begin the process

A modal window will describe the steps you need to go through to start using the integration.

Creating a channel

Enter the name of the channel that will be automatically created and where you will receive notifications about received alerts.

Selecting a workspace

Select the workspace on the external page and confirm the granting of permissions.

All ready

After completing these steps, you will receive a notification in your Slack Workspace about the creation of a new channel.

What is an alert?

A chargeback alert notifies you of incoming chargebacks 24-48 hours before they're officially filed.

How fast until we are live?

Integration with your payment processor typically takes a few minutes. Depending on the system you activate, we aim to have you live within 12 hours.
